First item, a True Writer pen was on backorder for 4 weeks. Backorder has been extended by at least another 4 weeks. Email explaining the delay essentially said "stuff happens".

Popular review: Lights of America sells an inferior product. They're extremely reluctant to live up to their written warranty. They blow off customers having issues with their product, hoping they'll just go away.
