Popular review: I ordered two E-Z Mount Flag Grippers. The price for the grippers was reasonable & they got it to USPS quickly. However they overcharged for shipping. They charged $5.96 and sent it in a padded envelop first class mail. For $5.96 it should have been sent priority mail and given me the tracking number. Instead they pocket the difference.

Popular review: Excellent quality patio furniture. Had a problem getting the furniture assembled but having read the instructions carefully was not too bad. The customer service was outstanding when I realized that one bold was missing. The part was sent out free of charge within 24 hrs of contacting them

Popular review: I ordered a folding table and some chairs from Dinette Mart. I was able to call them up and talk to an actual employee (rare these days) who was very helpful in answering my questions. The transaction went without a hitch. They weren't the cheapest place for the items, but they had the best selection by far.

Popular review: Ordered apple maggot traps, order was acknowledged by e-mail that same day. Never received tracking information, but FedEx Ground shipment was received promptly (five days). Shipping costs maybe a tad high ($11.95 for a one-pound plus box), but not outrageous. I was especially pleased they used biodegradable shipping peanuts, not styrofoam or similar. Popular review: Excellent, personalized service. The item I ordered was no longer manufactured. So they called the factory, and were able to manufacture the item for me (and updated their website to reflect the item no longer being available). The customer service was personalized, friendly, and helpful.
