Popular review: Very satisfied with my purchase! Got my merchandise shipped to my door the next day. Friendly customer service when I called them, to see if they have my item in stock. I wouldn't recommend emailing them because I didn't get any reply, so calling their 800 number would be faster. Would buy from them again.

Popular review: We ordered a coffee maker that we were unable to purchase from other sites because either they failed to respond or back ordered with out informing us. received the product 4 days later in good condition using regular shipment.
