Popular review: Nice product catalog. My item was drop-shipped from manufacturer after a long delay.
The time elapsed from ordering to receiving was 39 days and that the order status was not communicated well. Credit card was charged 10 days after order date. Business responded to email and phone inquiries with promise to get back in touch with status but never did.

I placed an order and 13 days later when I hadn't heard anything yet I called the company only to find out my order had not even shipped out yet and they didn't know when it would ship. Needless to say, I canceled my order.
