Popular review: I ordered a Livex lighting fixture from this store by phone on 12/29/09. The fixture arrived and was a piece of garbage. I requested a refund and they gave me a return authorization, so I sent it back the next day. Popular review: Excellent catalog of plumbing supplies. Very easy to use site. Great pictures of every part. I found the brass replacements for two 300 toilets in stock and could confirm the pictures.

Popular review: I purcahsed an Orvis fly rod reel combo based on Orvis reputation. The foot of the reel broke immediately. Not concerned I contacted Orvis for a replacement. Popular review: Website does not specify complete product when ordering entries so you are misled while customizing. Recieved a call only after weeks of unanswered email and phone messages.
