Popular review: Ordered a water level bell. Item arrived in bubble wrap and in perfect condition. Quality of the bell seems good. I tested it and it works, but I don't think it's as loud as it's advertised with my fresh new battery. They ship the item after 3 days, and it arrived in about 2.5 weeks from Switzerland warehouse to Canada.

Popular review: My original review (order 10/29/07) was pure disatisfaction. Delayed responses, slow delivery, and faulty product. But Chad came through (12/13/07) and FedEx a free replacement. I understand 4lots.com lacks manpower and hence the customer service/response time will not be as expected from a mega online store; (note to any prospective customers).

Popular review: Ordered some hostas and fern roots from michiganbulb.com. They shipped on time for the planting season. Some of the hostas were partially leafing. Planted in garden and they all survived. They were on sale so they were priced well :-) Good experience.
