I wouldn't recommend emailing them because I didn't get any reply, so calling their 800 number would be faster. Would buy from them again.

Popular review: Bought several books from them. Their free shipping applied for orders > $15. It's not overnight or two-day but it's free (postal mail or "media-mail"). If you don't have to have your item(s) ASAP, the free shipping is nice (they offer quicker shipping as well, but as expected, it costs extra).
