Called on 1/11/2010 after not getting a tracking number, no response. Company returned our email saying they'd email us a number when it shipped; ignoring the fact that we wanted to just know when the ring would ship.

Popular review: CAUTION should be used in ordering from this company. Placed order 6/17/09 for ice cream maker-listing page indicated 9 in stock. (Availability:Usually ships in 2-3 days) My credit card was charged immediately in violation of VISA contract with merchants. Popular review: They suck. They sent my package USPS and I never received it. I called them about it and basically they told me to take care of it by myself. It's not their problem anymore!!! What a scam. They don't have any tracking number (the one they gave me doesn't exist on usps.com). Avoid. Real shame.
