Popular review: Successful transactions in-store v. an overly "pretty" site backed by benumbing, ineffectual, feckless customer service... brass tacks, yadda yadda: Teavana is a great alt. to Adagio Teas--in regards to product quality, but really only if you can access their brick and mortar locales.
Just one "first online order" FAIL with them makes Adagio's online processing infinitely better by comparison.

Popular review: This store SUCKS! They will not take back a damaged item that was also the wrong color. They keep stalling by saying they will send a call tag, but dont. Then they try to claim the item is used!!!!! Then finally, the time to return has run out. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Popular review: Company is very unreliable. After repeatedly asking for a tracking number, the replied only with a message that the item had shipped. In fact, the item had not been shipped. It has now been almost over 2 weeks and I still don't know if the item has shipped. Use this site only as a last resort.
