Popular review: grinder came with grounds and open box but it is the factory that opens and tests every grinder. they sent the wrong unit but volunteered to send the right one and a return shipping label so there was no cost to me.
the error cost me about 5 calendar days.

Popular review: Item was charged to my credit card long before it shipped. All of my email inquieries went unanswered. I finally got the item after I threatened to dispute the charge on my credit card. I still never got a reply to my emails. The item just showed up a couple of days later.
