Popular review: I ordered a hard drive on 12/16/11 for 54.00 They never sent it to me. In january they offered me a refund, but never sent it.
I have filed a claim with paypal. If you don't have time for a lot of hassle, don't do business with this company.

Popular review: Seller canceled order for no given reason. I still haven't received a cancellation email after over an hour. Bait and switch = fraud. Use caution with Zones--or better yet, don't deal with them at all.

Popular review: Note: purchase year was 2005, not 2006, had to put 2006 in as resellers requires no later than 2006, but this was a 2 year subscription bought in 2005 and expires in 2007 so I am not intentionally misleading. the subscription is in effect till april of 2007 so this is still valid.
