Popular review: You've seen their adds in computer shopper. Yes, you have. Alphas. My biggest pet peeve, they don't include monitors in prices. Almost ordered one from them. Guy I talked to could hardly speak english. Tried to conceal the fact that he was asking other people what words like "gigabyte" meant. Sample conversation:

Popular review: Bought a 17" Viewsonic monitor that arrived with a crack in the case. Apparently was a QC problem from factory. Called customer support and took several calls to get the replacement in. Yes, you MIGHT get a bargain price on something but be sure you factor in the outrageous shipping cost when you bid.

Popular review: The saleslady on the phone was very friendly, knoledgeable, and talkative. (This is a GOOD thing :-)
Card works fine, but the company is a LITTLE slow in releasing updated drivers. Just a very small nit that the new driver fixed.

Popular review: Friendly, personalized service. Most of the time its the same person answering the phone, "Ron". I have done a lot of orders (probably $10,000 worth) for two years and have experienced a few shipping mistakes (ie., CPUs that didn't work well in the motherboards) - but nothing that they weren't ready to correct. Their warranties are hassel free too.

Popular review: My salesman, Scott, was extremely helpful. He evaluated my needs and helped me select the parts I needed. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive products, either... only what was necessary. I'll definitely buy from them next time I need anything.
