Popular review: Expired nearly 70k miles from my frequent flyer account with no warning at all. I read all my monthly correspondence, as well as the endless 'promotional' marketing material. No warning. No they want to charge me $$$ to get my miles back, the same miles I 'earned' by paying more to choose this airline, when other options were cheaper.
