Service and communication is very good, they always reply on e-mail. Only one negative is shipping time, for 3-4 weeks, but I think it's normal if I choose China Post - the cheapest way.

Popular review: Jafrum's customer service was lacking. One item shipped immediately, the other was backordered. Customer service would make claims that the backordered item would ship every friday, however it took 5 weeks before the item was actually shipped. No tracking number was given for the second item. I will never order from Jafrum again.

Popular review: I could not receive their email initially because I did not know that the email was filtered into my spam folder. But this was solved as soon as I contact them via their MSN live support. Communication was easy and good. Overall, very satisfied with their service. 5 stars!

They could use a little more product info on their site.
However, I did a little looking around elsewhere on the web, and firmed up my decision on what I wanted.
Purchasing was simple, product was shipped promptly, it was what I expected.
