See Reviews » or write a review » Popular review: They charged my credit card 2007 Feb 7, but didn't ship anything. I requested a refund Feb 28, but heard nothing from them. They won't reply to the Google Checkout Team either. Today is June 21 and still nothing. I do get replies from Google, and am hopeful they can help.

Immediately after placing an order they called to "help". The said the Blu-Ray player I ordered wasn't good and that I should switch to another one. When it arrived it wasn't in the original box, the remote had clearly been used, and the Blu-Ray had clearly been used/refurbished.... see all »
