Popular review: very dissatisfied. they refused to help with any inquiry(regarding rebate) and refused to do a return even when the package was not even opened. after the package was opened, my family had doubts on the authenticity of the products. Popular review: On October 2005, I ordered a heater for $57.99. The product, delivered by fedex 10 days later, was damaged. I contacted the customer support which issued a return authorization. The package was picked up by Fedex the following day.

Popular review: ordered apart for my vacuum cleaner and as far as I can tell its back ordered. Unable to confirm as they don't answer phone calls. They direct you to send e-mail. Have sent two e-mails and have not received a response. So I still don't know my order status. I should mention that they took my money promptly.
