The staff were prompt and efficient. The item was reasonably priced, well packed and very promptly sent. The transaction went extremely well and communication was excellent. I received two of each instead of one and when I contacted them they said I would have to pay a restocking fee AND pay for return shipping. When I explained that I only ordered one they would not make any consessions.
