Popular review: Ordered 7 reams of paper. They sent 2 and charged my credit card for 7. Called multiple times- transferred to their voicemail (they are "never in")-left message. Emailed several times- you guessed it, no reply. Now contesting with credit card company. They are NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

Popular review: I ordered an iplayer for my dsi from this website, and 12 days later a package arrived from them. However, the package I received from them was EMPTY, and I have not gotten a response from any of my emails to them asking them to make it right. Don't order from this website, they'll screw you like they did me!

Popular review: When ordering through Yahoo.shopping from i4digital you can not get the shipping cost quoted. Actually the impression you get is that the shipping is free. For that reason I called i4digital by phone and was told that, unless I buy at least two overpriced accessories, the shipping cost for a digital camera will be $45. That seemed high but I...see all »

Popular review: This is a great company. I accidentally ordered the wrong items. I spoke with a manager name Doug and he immediately resolved the problem. They are re-shipping me the correct items and refunding me the difference. I highly recommend this company, great customer service!
