They cancelled one of the order WITHOUT notifying/calling/emailing me. I called in and asked and they said the order was cancelled at MY request. That is ridiculous. Now, the other order is shown to be "backordered". Again, no notification whatsoever. So, they want us to call them back? Who is the customer here?
