Popular review: The product I received was defective, and had been opened and repacked incompletely. Clearly it was one of: a factory second, an unacceptable item returned by a previous customer, or a "floor model" from the company's physical store. Delicate things such as snow goggle lenses do not survive long as floor models. I hope that other people have better luck...see all »

Popular review: This website is a SCAM! Don't waste your time and money. The website looks legitimate however it will not send the merchandise that you purchase. If you try to call customer service you will not reach a human, you will be asked to leave a message and they will not return the call. Buyer Beware.

Popular review: 2/25/2011 I ordered a set of Whisper 200 replacement blades(part # SOUWHI200-BLADE) The website clearly shows the blades with extensions in the drawing/photo for this product. When I received the blades there were no extensions. Customer "Service" now tells me I have to spend another $130(plus freight) to get all the parts pictured. I will NOT be a repeat customer.
