Popular review: Shipping time was good but when item failed to operate properly they did not respond to several e-mails over a week or two forcing me to file a PayPal complaint to which they finally responded. They did finally replace the item but what a hassle.

The transaction went extremely well and communication was excellent.

Popular review: Absolutely one of the poorest customer services experiences I have ever encountered. Charged unauthorized charges on my credit card and then basically refused to drop the charges. Told me to dispute it with my credit card company. Of course I did immediatelty and the charges were taken off.

Popular review: Quite an experience trying to deal with B&D. I do not recommend them.
But I can say that B&D did keep one (and only one) promise: after 74 days, I finally had my refund.
