Popular review: I found this site by accident whilst browsing and what a find it was!, not only do they have a large product range they also are very cheap compared to the bigger retailers onine which is always a plus, the customer service was friendly and the delivery efficient...all is good will be ordering alot more from them.

Popular review: I ordered 1 Truck Bed Mat and Tailgate Protector. I received two of each instead of one and when I contacted them they said I would have to pay a restocking fee AND pay for return shipping. When I explained that I only ordered one they would not make any consessions.

Popular review: Website purchase was good, but that is where the good ended. Mechandise disclosed to arrive 4-6 weeks. I started calling at the six week mark. Multiple promises to call me back ended in disappointment. A return email promising an answer that afternoon also ended in disappointment. The transaction continues with me disputing the charge with my Credit card company.

Popular review: I ordered 4 cap jaws for my Wilton vise. Seems like Brakeheart Tool is the only company that carries this. I have search all over, but no luck until stumble on BHT. Shipping was fast, but took them couple of days to have the tracking available. Overall, my experience with them is decent.
