this is my first purchase from Replace your cell. Got this phone for my wife. This is the first phone i purchased for her that she says she loves. Phone came quickly and everything was received as expected. phone worked perfectly and looked brand new. No complaints, only praise.
I then purchasd another phone for myself after mine fell in a lake. The new phone came as promised. I wasnt sure if i liked the features and talked to their customer service and they were very prompt in letting me know that I could reutn or exhange it if i wanted to, I ended up keeping it and it worked out ok.
