This is the worst retailer on the planet.  
The only reason they're still in business is because the owner's brother is a wealthy real estate mogul in California who set up this business to keep his low-life family employed. Botach Tactical is located in the ghetto side of east Los Angeles. The premises are in an old pawn shop.  
Botach Tactical rarely responds to customer complaints which are many. Botach says items are in stock which are not but charges your credit card anyway. Botach and staff will lie to you without a second thought.  
It's my belief that they actually enjoy screwing with customers...it's entertainment for them.  
Avoid this company at all cost.

Very slow to deliver. It took 10 days to get my part. Unless you pay extra for expedited shipping, that's the norm.  
They contract with FedEx who turns the package over to USPS for the actual delivery. In my opinion, this causes unnecessary delays.  
 
Had they just mailed the package USPS Priority to start with, I would have had the part is two days. It would've cost less too.  
 
The part did finally arrive and it was what I ordered.

Watch out! This company will screw you in a heartbeat. They claim free return shipping and a 60 day money-back guarantee BUT thats a LIE.  
Laurie Aronoff is the Director of Customer Service and one of the rudest people you'll ever talk to...she's also a liar. Over a 100 people have filed complaints with the BBB about this company and the majority of the complaints relate to refunds.  
Don't be their "sucker", shop else where.

Kaidomain is located in China. The company is little more than a one man operation. Company has gone through numerous name changes in the past year. Kaidomain only accepts PayPal. Kaidomain also sells on Ebay and has a terrible track record with over 400 negatives to date. If you get what you ordered consider yourself lucky. My advice is to stay clear of this merchant and avoid the headaches.

eCost was purchased by PFSweb.Inc last year and has been bleeding money ever since. eCost is losing over a million dollars every month. eCost is so far in the "red" there is no way they're going to survive another year. This company has big time money problems. Buying merchandise from them is ill advised. Run as fast as you can from this doomed company.

In my experience this company has anything but fast shipping and I'm wondering IF I'll even get what I paid for.  
I ordered on the 4th and did not get the shipment confirmation email until the 7th. I call customer service and they explain that the order wasn't actually "shipped" but instead simply left their distribution center. (huh? this sounds alot like Buy.com crap) Never the less, they charged my credit card on the 7th BEFORE they shipped anything. It's also no surprise that the USPS confirmation number they referenced in the same email resulted in ZERO information from the US Postal Service website. Now it's the 16th, still no package, no USPS information and Drugstore.com tells me I have to wait till the 21st before they will issue a reorder or allow me to cancel. Another thing thats annoying is their deliberate refusal to publish a Customer Service phone number (or any number for that matter) on their website...every other drugstore I've dealt with lists their phone number so why can't they? I finally had to call their corporate office to get the number. I don't know if my package will show up or not but I do know that I'll never again deal with a company that charges my credit card before they ship the merchandise.
