Help Box - Low Average

For each graph we have marked the low average reseller score for that particular rating on the graph so that you can easily compare the company you are looking at with the low average of all the other resellers in our database.

The low average is calculated by getting the average rating of all the resellers that have ratings below the average. In our example below, the average is 6.08, so we get a list of all the resellers that have a rating below 6.08 and find the average of all those resellers. This mark represents where the majority of below average resellers are rated at.
