Help Box - High Average

For each graph we have marked the high average reseller score for that particular rating on the graph so that you can easily compare the company you are looking at with the low average of all the other resellers in our database.

The high average is calculated by getting the average rating of all the resellers that have ratings above the average. In our example below, the average is 6.08, so we get a list of all the resellers that have a rating above 6.08 and find the average of all those resellers. This mark represents where the majority of above average resellers are rated at.
