Sony Vaio Laptop for sale 2months old

$1,100 OBO
I am trying to sell a Sony Vaio Laptop computer that I have had for about 2 months. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the laptop, and the only reason I am getting rid of it is because I have to. Blew my engine in my 240sx and an engine is more important then a laptop unfortunately.. I bought the laptop new for $1,700 on sale and they were retailing for $2,200 in July. I aquired the computer around Christmas and have been using to for music files and to print documents. Hate to get rid of it but again I need my sport car rolling again (its a hobby). I have plenty of pictures I can email you if you want to see them and still have the box, warrenty, 3 free months of AOL, battery and charger, etc.
Sony Vaio PCG-FRV27 with full sony warrenty and in PERFECT working order
40gb hard drive (partitioned)
256 mb
512 RAM upgradeable to 1,050 or close enough
15" screen with lightweight laptop design
DVD/CD burner combo
3 USB ports
Windows XP Home edition
LAN connection
56k modem
I have burnt a copy of all the Sony updates for the computer starting back in August I think... Also have all the reformat disks and instruction booklet, box, warrenty, Microsoft registration
This computer is stacked and very upgradeable I wish I didn't have to get rid of it. I am easy to work with so just make an offer and if you live oversees I don't understand shipping methods. Buyer pays shipping unless I can get at least 1,100 out of it thanks

No way, I have a desktop but don't have a weekend car, I wanted an alienware laptop anyway. Also, Refs? I have an address and a phone number that the buyer will have on hand, no better then a newspaper ad, really if you want to pick it up and save money, doesn't bother me I need the car working and thats the bottom line; all about priorities. I have up to date pictures, and I have tried ebay but it was nothing but a hassel. Hey its worth a shot here; questions can also be directed to rbpwd25@aol.com I have needed to sell it for well over 2 weeks now and am just tired of getting the run around, the next step is a computer store. I even have shipping costs because I was going to sell it on ebay and I will shoot as many pictures that the buyer needs of whatever he or she wants a pic of before buying it. I can even give it to a computer store after its purchased and let them email the buyer and send it off when the check clears if that makes someone feel better...
not everyone is out to be dishonest, some people just really want another Turbo hope to hear from someone and thanks for the recommendations but its a car guy thing, I can always get another computer..The engine I want is on sale (and I am not buying it on ebay either )

i didnt think you could sell stuff on heatware...but have you baught anything on ebay????????

a ref is like your feedback so people know they can trust you...if you dont have any it will be hard to sell an item of this much value

No I am registered at Heatware under the same name but as far as I know heatware doesn't sell stuff there its a reference cite where people can check up on a persons internet selling activity....anyway, no I haven't bought anything off of ebay recently I used to buy paintball stuff when I was younger but haven't in like maybe 2 years. And this is simply an ad in order to make an attempt of selling my computer without having to go to a computer store and sell it to them. How much would they give me for a computer like this in mint condition, anyone know? If anyone knows of a computer company that wants it, have them hit me up. I see what you are talking about but I am trying a couple of different forums and buyselltrades.com
I have to have a credit card to use ebay seller account and am not a fan of credit cards so can't go there. I would use my bank account but I don't think ebay does that. Its worth a try isn't it?
