I'll try. I havn't had a very good experience with sony. I have a sony laptop which I love and have nad NO p;roblem with. It is a good thing because I think their web site stinks. I get so much better results from other manufacturesrs like toshiba, even dell, ibm's a little convoluted, but sony offers nothing much. Ill look arong when I can get back there, I think its depressing ,their web site. or anyways pretty boring.
