As far as references. I do have eBay under philipcarverii, and I have a Heatware account, but I haven't traded yet to get a rating.
I do accept Paypal. and since I don't have any Heat, I will ship first to established traders. Everyone has to start somewhere.
I am not selling any illegal software. If the modded console is a problem here, I will delete it. I used it to play the backups of my games, so my kids wouldn't scratch the originals. This is perfectly legal.
