Need a soundcard

Hey I need a cheap soundcard...I am having problems with my mic and I was wondering if my soundcard is the problem...so if any of u r looking to get rid of one for REALLY cheap then PM me. Also I may have some stuff to trade if u r looking. TY

BTW: I know I can get soundcards brand new for less than 20 bucks on Newegg I believe w/shipping.

try updeating the drivers if ya think the card is teh problem it might fix it . .

What aboutthis one? 26.99 at newegg.com and has good reviews...was thinking about it and I would rather get a good soundcard then a piecer...not much either in price.

Evil how much does that Soundblaster retail for? I just checked newegg.com and the SB0226 was $35 OEM...

Also is that one a lot better than the Chaintech one I was looking at?

Lowest I could find on PW was $31 for an SB0060 and $32 for an SB0226.

If I'm not mistaken, the SB0060 is a Live! and the SB0226 is a Live! +MP3. Don't ask me what the difference is. They both use the same chip.

EDIT - I don't know about the Chaintech one. It's 7.1 . . . but will you use that? Hell, I don't even use the 5.1.
