You should be able to go to a local store and buy it for about $7 or so.

Yeah they only sell the battle chest and stuff at local stores($30)... luckily I just bought it for $5 from no tact.


And I tried kazaa... but no avail.
I bought diablo long ago but lost the cd...so I dont feel so bad getting it of kazaa but it isnt there.

Just go to Best Buy. They're selling it for 10 bucks, because it's a classic game. They also have SC1 and WC2 also, but you have to ask for it. Look for it during the big sales event. They will be in small boxes, not the big ones.
