fs: $85 maxtor 120GB hard drive

had this on the forums a few weeks back and didn't get any takers. hoping to find someone that wants it now.

i have a 120 GB maxtor hard drive with 8mb cache it is 7200rpm and ultra ata/133.

it is brand new and unopened, besides the fact i cut out the upc.

i would like to get $85 for this drive with buyer paying shipping.

references are few, but they are tiggersbowl on ebay and tiggersbowl1 on heatware.

couple of things i forgot to put on here.

i am happy to ship whatever way you would like since you will be paying for shipping, meaning i have a fed ex, ups, or usps all close by.

i would be happy to accept paypal, but would prefer a money order, don't know about accepting checks, but if you have good references, would consider.

Brand new this drive costs $95 from newegg, not a bad deal if shipping < $10.

And just an added bonus, these drives have a 3yr warranty, but I don't know if it's transferable from the original owner.

I own the drive and am very pleased with it.

somebody has to want a harddrive for a good price.

This is brand new and the box is in perfect condition. Of course, it is missing the UPC symbol.

No rebates to deal with and as kindly mentioned earlier by implexant new egg sells these for 95 or so. You can get this for about 85 after shipping.

I will be putting this on ebay if no one takes it soon. I would just rather not deal with that yet, as it can be a pain.
