Windows 2003 SBS 5CAL

I have a NFR unopened unused boxed copy of windows 2003 Small Business Server with a 5 Cal liscense. I know I can't sell it but I dont see anywhere on the liscene where it says I cant trade it. Does anyone have any opinions on this? Am I correct that I can trade it?

IMO, selling is trading is bartering, etc. If you can't sell it, you can't trade it. In no way am I a definitive source of knowledge on EULAs, but I would say that's a general rule of thumb. Just looking out for ya' here.

Did you read the FAQ? If not, go back and give it a once-over.

Thank you. I reread the rules as suggested and they state no hardware/software marked NFR allowed so that answers my question
