128MB RAM for IBM Thinkpad

This is for a 128MB chip for an IBM Thinkpad. It fits the A, T, or X Thinkpads. It was pulled from an IBM Thinkpad T20 which I bought new from an IBM Dealer. I will accept the first reasonable offer. Cvash preferred but will consider trades as well, COD to trusted traders, Money Order or Certified Check.

I came up with the price of $30 because they sell on ebay for around $28-$42.00 plus shipping, So I figured $30 including shipping would be good considering I beat ebay prices that way.
