I purchased this computer from Best Buy a couple of years back and now it's time to sell her to fund an r/c boat project. This is a Compaq Presario 1200 XL 325 with a Pentium III processor @650mhz. It has a 13.1" tft display, new keyboard (with extra nib keyboard $50 worth) dvd/cd rom, 192 megs of ram (64 onboard and 128 on stick upgradeable). There are two usb ports, one pcmia port, 12gig HD and monitor out. This laptop works perfectly (including dvd) except it needs a battery. There was a small crack in the top right hand plastic display bezel.This is completely cosmetic and the bezel can be replaced with a spare one from e-bay or another source. The OS is Windows ME (wife safe) but you can upgrade to any one you want.Oh one other thing, it also has JBL pro speakers that sound great.I am selling it for $300 plus actual shipping (not estimated) and I will ship any way you want but I do get a discount through FedEx.I will accept PayPal (3% for CC transactions) money orders, cashier checks and personal checks but you must allow 7-10 days to clear before I will ship.I am including an extra nib keyboard wich could be sold for $50 to help pay for a new battery.
