The scanner is unmodified. Never heard a cell phone on it. Let's assume it doesn't scan that portion of the 800mhz band.

What are the specs, condition of the Kenwood?

As stated above, not cosmetically perfect, but operationally excellent. It has the microphone with the number pad on it. I beleive it has a high/low power setting- I know the high setting is 50 watts, I thing the low setting is 5 watts. What else do you need?

Vehicular type. I don't have an antenna. Yes, one's needed. There's a mounting bracket, and you can get a scanner antenna from Rat Shack for a good price. http://www.radioshack.com/product.as...ct%5Fid=20-032 for the top of the line, but you can get 'em cheaper. All you need is a piece of wire to hook it to power.
