mx440 will be nice if you're a casual gamer. Games like Half-Life's Counterstrike and Red Alert will run smoothly. You can get one for $50 or less.
mx440 se, well I don't know much about it but if I'm not mistaken it is somewhat slower than the original mx440. Still the price is about the same as the first ones.
Ti4200 is a great card. Around 170% as fast as mx440. Great for most games except those requiring heavy graphical duties. Costs around $100 or less.
All the three cards above are great as long as they are for normal graphics processing. When it comes to special effects like Anisotrophic Filtering and all that eye candy, however, their performance will drop terribly. If you want to get a graphics card that supports those AA and FSAA thingies, go for the Radeon series instead. Otherwise Ti4200 will do.
As for the brand companies there, they are all well-known budget card manufacturers. Any of them will serve your purpose
