How about some more info:
Operation system, etc.
Probably first step is to check device mgr and make sure only one modem is showing. Next in printers make sure you have a "fax" printer showing (virtual device installed by Winfax to allow printing to your printer). Check all of the option boxes to make sure it is receiving on your voice line rather than a DSL or Cable line (if applicable).
Then lastly, uninstall and reinstall Win fax.
I have used winfax a time or two and it worked fine. I dumped it for another program because I needed the answering maching function, and I don't know why Symantec deleted it.
