$50 for win98 is alot.

Someone just got $40 for first edition so I assumed SE was worth $10 more....
I went to 9software.com (usually pretty cheap) to get an idea on pricing...they want $68 w/ no coa and $98 w/ coa...so

Actually $50 for W98se and coa isnt bad. Cheaper than online stores etc and Id jump on it myself but Im a lil strapped at the moment.

By the way KingJames....posting something like that in someone's sale thread is a sure fire non-mistakable "threadcrap". Usually the moderators will bust you for it and besides that it is just rude to do when someone is trying to sell something.

Most of us post the prices a few dollars high anyway cuz peeps love to make "offers" a few $$ lower than whatever price you post.

So usually if you have an offer or you want to tell the dude it seems a little high..you do it with a "PM" or a "private message" to the person so the whole world doesnt see it, lol. That way you dont wreck the dude's chances of selling the stuff.

No "thread-crapping". Don't undermine another seller's chances to sell. Reply if you're interested in doing a deal or need more information re same. If you feel a price is too high, email or PM the seller and keep it off the forum.

Good deal. I sold the win98FE for $40 so $50 for a SE is a good deal for buyer and seller.

The Office 97 is cheap, though. I sold for $40 I think.
