Is this what you are looking for? Pic
Pulled all four from what I believe to be a P166 just now if that means anything.
I know very little about this type of ram. It predates my interest in computers.

That's similar to what he's looking for, but those are 16MB
He needs 8x32 or 4x64, depending on what his board will take. Also be sure to check the refresh rate on those simms you're looking for Kruppt

| i changed it right when you did yers!
And looking at some specs, it does look like you'll want 8x32 rather than 4x64, but I'm not sure that 4x64 won't work. I can't seem to find if there are any refresh limitations on that board's memory.

I know very little about this type of ram. It predates my interest in computers. | They look like it. The comp I want to put them in is a NEC Ready 9618.
The max memory it can handle is 128 MB. So sticks with more density than 32 mb won't cut it. The NEC Ready 9618 has a "P150" in it. It really is the same chip as the P166 I believe, as a mater of fact I overclocked the P150 that is in the NEC, years ago(1996), and it has run fine since then. Thanks,
Kruppt
