I have a Toshiba Satellite 1605 CDS running the OEM WIN98SE it came with and a Faralon USB adapter for eithernet, it only has two problems, 1st The cardbus slots are Inoperative, and 2 the "S" key has been dammaged.....friend borrowed it and accidently dropped a small book on it the keyboard, the key still works just needs to be precisely pressed sometimes

When new the LT cost just over a grand, but Iwill let it go with the power pack, battery, the OEM OS disc, The Faralon Adapter and a carry case that has a shoulder strap or can be worn as a back pack for $250 plus Shipping charges (actual shipping only)

Could you mention what it will be used for?

I have a Thinkpad 760EL I plan to put up for sale as soon as I finish formating and reinstalling win98 on it. (later this evening probably)

Pentium 166
2 gig HD
48mb RAM
CD drive
External floppy that can be used while the CD drive is in
ethernet card
No dead pixels
No dead keys

Some scratchs/chips
No battery (actually I have it but I opened it up to see if I could replace the cells in it.)

Runs Windows 98 fine. I used it for Streets and Trips 2003 when I had a job that required me to drive all over the place. Powered it off a small invertor in the car.

It's suprisingly quick. When I get the OS reinstalled I plan to put up some short vids of it booting, programs opening/closing, surfing etc.

I'm selling it for $100 shipped.

Yeah, the 18650 cells are great, but it involves a lot of work to replace them. It would have cost ~40 for the new cells, plus then having to solder the mylar sheet to each one. I basically said screw it. The lappy still works great though, just off AC power.
