8 & 16 bit sound cards

Need 8 & 16 bit sound cards (or pci if right price) for p200 computers i build for retired seniors for their first computer...no profit, plus i deliver and teach.
Also could use 8-10 cheap cd-roms...about same number on sound cards...any help appreciated, tnx bill
