WTB: p4 2.4 ghz and 512 DDR3200

I'm looking for two parts to finish putting together a little pc i've been steadily building on the side.

1.) a Pentium 4 2.4 ghz at the 533 bus ---- Looking to spend around 100 for a used one IF POSSIBLE

2.) a used stick of 512 DDR 3200 for about $60 shipped (generic brand is fine).

Please let me know if anyone has these or something really similar they want to part with. I'm assuming someone would like to upgrade their pc, so this might help them out.
