need back I/O plate for Asus A7V8X

hey guys, if any of u guys have a back I/O plate for an Asus A7V8X board, i would like to get that. else do u know where i can get that

i bought this used board from Ebay, first of all i had soo many problems with the guy and he did not ship me the manuals, CD, or I/O plate

i am not gonna ask him again, as it will again be a pain in the butt

so, if u know if i can fit somethign else on there also let me know

I need the exact same thing so let me know if you find somplace with multiple shields. I think i remember some i/o shields at my local pchertz.com shop on clearance I'll check there.

Hi guys,

give the Asus RMA department a call, I picked up a refurb barebone a7n8x last spring, gave Asus a call and they sent one out at no charge.

Not that it's going to help you much, but I used to run with no back plate and I never had any problems. In fact, temp dropped 2C without it on there.

Hey guys, guess what it works.

i called the RMA and asked them to send me that and they will do the same, for no cost.

That is cool, i like ASUS.
