I am upgrading my motherboard and will be parting ways with my ECS K7S5A Board and Sound Blaster live 5.1 sound card: I'm looking to get $35 bucks for the motherboard & $20 for the sound card which includes shipping.

Both motherboards came out about the same time and are comparable. Mine has audio already built in yours don't dfi AD70. If you get the dfi AD70SC model that does have audio. The only other difference is mine can take DDR or SDR ram but only a total of 1 gb ram vs yours is strickly DDR ram but with a max of 3gb ram. Which isn't ever needed. Both are good boards. I never had any problems with mine.
I have the latest drivers loaded for mine so you can have a max processor 1.8ghz Athlon 2200XP which is what I'm currently using now.

usb 2.0 and newer bios id the only difference i think
