Lost out-of-print games

This is a longshot but...

I have been searching for two games for a while.

One came out in 1984 (Yeah, I've been playing a long time) I think and I'm not sure on the title but I believe it is "A blustery day in the hundred acre wood" - A Winnie the Pooh game. All I know for sure is that it has to do with blustery or windy or something. It's a kids game.

The other one I think came out in 1995 and I'm also not sure on the title. I think it may be "Conflict in the Gulf" or something of that nature. This game is a text based (I think) game and has to do with being the leader of Irrael and having peace/war with other countries.

I played both of them but for the life of me, can't remember what they were called or who made them. I've searched google and other means (like Chips & Bits) but came up empty handed. If ANYONE knows these games or their whereabouts, let me know please.

That Pooh game is called "Winnie the Pooh in the Hundred Acre Wood".
As far as I can tell, the PC version has all but disappeared- though there is a Gameboy version available on Amazon.

For the other game, I found two possible matches: Conflict and Conflict: Middle East

The only place I found those "Conflict" games available was GameTZ
