Just buy a PC133 stick. There is no technical difference, and SDRAM does not have a lower limit on operating speed. So it is perfectly fine to run a DIMM that has 133 MHz _maximum_ speed at 100 MHz.

Not necessarily true.
Most of the PC133 mem sticks being made have high density mem chips which are not compatable with some of the older chipsets on motherboards.
