I bought this on eBay by mistake and was not satisfied with it. I paid $89 + S&H for it and am only asking $85.00 back for it (plus your shipping charge).
I'm flexible about such things and will negotiate shipping methods/price, but a base $10 flat shipping charge applies. That would be for UPS ground, regardless of the actual shipping charge.
