FS Hp Omnibook xe3 gc
i have for sale a used HP Omnibook Xe3 gc.
i'll start off with whats wrong with it. the power connector is broken. (read the plug isn't even in it) so i'm selling this as is. if you need the parts its great.
as far as i know the power connector is the only thing that is broken. when i had it working last the bettery worked and charged. but dosn't charge now. i think something else is broken on it. and the front lcd pannel/speakers dont seem to work. but again they did when i had it. and the nic/modem ports dont work as something melted durring a soider job. the card works fine.
ok on to the rest of it.
it has a Intel Pentium 3 700mhz with speed step
15" lcd no dead pixels
10gig IBM travelstar.
the 10/100 56k CARD works.
has a new cd rom
has a new heatsink fan
and the floppy drive works.
1x 128mb pc100
1x 128mb pc133 it only supports pc100 but it was all i could get from bestbuy.
I bought almost 200$ worth of new parts for this thing before i gave it to my sister. and i got it back beacuse they couldn't get the power to work again. thats when the battery and other stuff stoped working.
also i have the dvd rom for it. but that seems to be a bit flakey.
i'll post back with some pics of it later.
i'm asking 415$ for it. that includes shipping.
i may soider it together again so i can format it. in which case it'll work.
and i'll throw in a case for it.
i have heatware under BobOmega i think... i'm not sure havn't checked it in awhile.
