this is a JVC XMR-70 minidisc player. it is in very good condition (not many scratches). comes with a lithium ion rechargable battery, the 110-120 volt adapter, a 74 minute sony inidisc, and the earphones. this unit has a remote with a backlit lcd. for more info on it you can see the manual hear:
